During this particularly sensitive and precious time, I would like to use the valuable qualities of music and dancing to help strengthen the special bond with your baby in a wonderful way from an early age through music and gentle movements.
What can you expect from this course?
✨ Gentle movements: This class is specifically tailored to the needs of mothers and their newborns. Gentle, flowing movements help you mobilize your body while deepening the connection with your baby.
🎶 Soothing music: The lessons are accompanied by lovingly selected music that is perfectly tailored to the needs of babies in the first months of life. The gentle melodies not only promote relaxation, but also the interaction between mother and child.
💞 Strengthen early bonding: As you as moms know best, the emotional connection to your baby is particularly important in the first few months after birth. In my course, we take the time to promote this bond through the unique and beautiful course content.
👶 Exchange with other mothers: Exchange with other mothers is often particularly valuable during this time. In my course, you have the opportunity to exchange ideas, make contacts and experience the wonderful and interesting journey through the first few months together.

This course is aimed at mothers with babies aged 2 to 6 months who want to dance together in a loving atmosphere and consciously enjoy the first months of life.
